45 Min Full Body Fire Live Workout w/ heavy dumbbells
Join this 45 min full body strength workout. This workout includes 3 sets of 3 exercises for 45 sec on and 3sec rest. This workout includes squat variations, lunges, snatches , hammer curls and plank rows with a 5 minute ab burner at the end.
Sanne uses 15lb weights but feel free to use anything between 8-20lb.
